The last day of September!

Wow.. summer is officially over now, the last day of September has arrived. I do love fall though, with its beautiful colours and cozy days inside. Today is a sunny day over here in The Netherlands, nice and bright and not too cold yet. So I think we will go for a walk in the woods this afternoon.

This 'new' kit Autumn Day  ('officially' designed in 2009), is pretty perfect for the sunny days in autumn, with a great color scheme to start with. I've designed quite a few new elements and papers to upgrade it just a little and to have more choice with your layouts. I think it turned out pretty cute, I already did one page with it, with pictures of my son in the early fall of 2017. When you scroll down, you'll see that page, just as an example what can be done with this kit. 

I will post the links of 2 paperpacks and the elementpack today, and then tomorrow another 2 parts, 1 paperpack and a pack with journal cards and wordart. The last 2 parts are completely new designs and I'm particularly proud of the journal cards and wordart, so stay tuned for those. 

I hope you'll have a beautiful fall and I'll be back soon with another upgraded kit, called 'A Touch of Frost', with a truly wonderful colourscheme, it's so much fun to work on.

Autumn Day

Goodmorning! 

Just before work (it's 9 AM over here in The Netherlands) I have some time to post a new freebie. It's an add-on for a kit called Autumn Day. I designed the kit back in 2009, but last week I did some adjusting and upgrading on it and added quite a number of new elements and papers. 

As a spoiler I want to offer you this little freebie, with stuff that didn't make it in the completed kit. It will of course combine beautifully with the rest of the kit, so nothing is lost. ;-)

The whole kit will be uploaded in the next few days/week, so be sure to stop by again.

A Soft Touch

Hello again, 

Finally, after some computer and work-related issues, I'm back with scrapbooking goodies. The blog is almost empty, I have deleted quite some posts because the downloadlinks were expired and I wanted to upgrade my graphics. 
So, here it is. Hopefully I'll be able to change the background etc. into a more contemporary look, meaning I'll be having to design a new kit or something, who knows? 
For now, I have a little freebie to offer you. It's a mini set of a kit I did years ago, in 2010 to be precise. ;-) Last week I spent reviewing / upgrading all of my older work and thought it would be nice to share some of it again, since there are some lovely themes and elements still in there. This original kit was much bigger, but the quality of the papers wasn't that great (due to a very old computer I was working on back then), so I haven't used many of them in this minikit. Most elements and embellishments were quite fun, and I hope you can use them again in your layouts. 

The kit is calles A Soft Touch and has some very nice muted colours of brown, pink and grey. A lot of the elements were created by me, myself and I, as at that time I was starting to design a lot and learning much more about it. 
This 'mini' version has 10 papers, 50 elements and an alpha in upper and lower case, included in the paperpack.
